Shipping policy

Once item(s) and product(s) are processed, the postal or delivery service will be responsible for the timing and quality of their services. If there are any discrepancies relating to the loss, damage or other events after the package(s) have been processed by the delivery service, you will need to contact them for support as ToyokyoLLC cannot, will not be responsible any such event(s) thereafter. You the client are responsible for any shipping fees as agreed through checkout through our site. We do not cover any costs related to shipping. We also do not ship our products outside of the United States of America as our products are intended for domestic parties exclusively.
